The serene gardens provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation, while the themed dinner nights, especially the gala with live music, created memorable evenings that truly enhanced our experience.

The breakfast was varied and mostly good.
My room was swelteringly hot the entire stay, and the noise from next door kept me awake all night. Despite the hotel's efforts to maintain cleanliness, the daily cleaning lacked thoroughness, as the floors were never properly cleaned. Calling for help at the reception was futile, as both the receptionist and pool staff were dismissive and unhelpful when I asked for clarity on pool hours.

The gardens create a stunningly tranquil backdrop, complementing the lovely pool area with ample sun beds. Staff friendliness sets the atmosphere apart, truly enriching the experience. while breakfast was consistently delightful, the limited dinner options felt exclusive, primarily catering to German tastes. the air conditioning in the room could be improved, as it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during our stay.

I stayed with my family for a week in August and enjoyed the charm of the place. The gardens were well-kept. I treated myself to a massage at the onsite spa. The staff were friendly and made our time relaxing. Breakfast offered many options. After a long day, we appreciated the comfortable space in our apartment, which had a kitchenette and living area. The poolside bar was a great spot for a cocktail on the terrace.
Cleaning was not thorough. Limited dining options when arriving late.

The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect, especially during breakfast! I had a lovely chat with the server by the pool, he really made my morning having a laugh!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

A tranquil getaway with stunning gardens and an impressive spa that provided a much-needed relaxation after a long hiking week. The breakfast was fresh and diverse, though dinner options felt tailored primarily for a different clientele, leading to a somewhat limited choice for non-German tastes. The staff, especially one waiter who was exceptionally welcoming, created a friendly atmosphere, helping to make the experience enjoyable despite the dining challenges.
