the grupotel was an amazing experience! the gardens were stunning, and i loved the spa area with steam baths and hot tubs. the food was delicious, with a great variety for all meals. every evening offered entertaining shows that made us feel right at home while relaxing by the lovely cold pool.

My room was swelteringly hot the entire stay, and the noise from next door kept me awake all night. Despite the hotel's efforts to maintain cleanliness, the daily cleaning lacked thoroughness, as the floors were never properly cleaned. Calling for help at the reception was futile, as both the receptionist and pool staff were dismissive and unhelpful when I asked for clarity on pool hours.

The poolside bar was a great spot for a cocktail on the terrace.
